Terrible. I received the bag I ordered (it took a long time but arrived in one piece) and I wanted to return it as the colour looked different in the picture. Their policy online said you can return if you change your mind. After having to chase several times for a return address, I received many frustrating automated emails asking me to say what was wrong with bag. They ended up saying I couldn’t return an item unless it was damaged. After I screenshot their own policy they said they would arrange a refund, which still hasn’t arrived to this day. Don’t be lured by ads, this is a very bad company!!
