I wish I could give negative stars hereMy experience with Hello TV has been extremely disappointing. Their sales team shows a complete lack of coordination and professionalism. I had a bad experience with them earlier as well, when they tried to sell features that they later admitted were not even available. On top of that, I faced refund challenges that took unnecessary effort and follow-ups to resolve.I had hoped things might have improved since then, but unfortunately, nothing has changed.Despite repeatedly requesting that they stop contacting me, I still received eight unsolicited sales calls in just a few days. This level of negligence is unacceptable and shows how poorly the company handles customer communication.The constant unwanted calls, false commitments, and lack of accountability reflect a serious breakdown in their internal processes. If this is how they treat someone who isn’t even their customer, I can only imagine the frustration existing customers might face.Based on my repeated negative experiences, I do not recommend Hello TV.
