Not a great start when you receive 'lovely snacks' like a huge tub of LO SALT, (I thought the box must have been filled with goodies when I picked it up), a cardboard box of baked beans, and a pack of 4 tortilla wraps that expire in 6 days...NOT quite what I was expecting....but even worse, on cancellation (not easy, you can't do it yourself and have to email them and then make sure they confirm it, a slow process and a bit of a pfaff, which is another red flag 🚩You then find that your first box was delivered AFTER their cut off point for cancellation (how or why would you cancel something BEFORE you get it?) And so you are forced to accept and pay for another box. 🚩Yes, I'm sure it probably is in the extra small print t & c's somewhere about delivery dates and cancellation periods etc, but it certainly wasn't clear on signing up, and I like to think that I'm someone who reads into things. Personally I'll NEVER try Hello Yummy Box again, no matter how tempting the offer or ad may seem....I prefer companies that make it easy to pause, or cancel your subscription, and give clear details about when to cancel by to avoid paying for something that's not your thing. Definitely NOT worth the money either, I could find nicer snacks with better dates for less ££. **edited to remove 'promotional comment' about a competitor as I don't want my review removed.
