Unreliable. I can't prevent the June box from going missing because I can't track it. The website doesn't recognise the email address that they are contacting me with, or allow me to reset my password. I keep emailing asking for confirmation of delivery dates, pointing out that I can't log in, and asking them to cancel. They keep offering me a discount. No. I have stated I wish to CANCEL.
