Firstly I purchased a pair of £800 Balenciaga's I was asked to give a review for which I gave: only for my review not to be submitted? All I said was "brilliant fashion statement" and that I loved the design of this footwear. However, I also said they was extremely uncomfortable. It seems my review was monetized in order to only accept a complete positive review? Very misleading and manipulative. And lastly, I brought a pair of CP company shorts that arrived missing the CP badge logo that it's known for (the big black round button)? That's like buying Giorgio Armani with the eagle badge missing or Gucci without the double G. There is no way to personally phone anybody from customer service so as a customer you don't feel valued.
