I’ve never experienced such poor aftercare service from a retailer. The customer support at House of Fraser is shockingly unhelpful and clearly lacks proper training in dealing with genuine issues. They close live chats abruptly before resolving anything, leaving customers to chase them for days or even weeks with no accountability.In my case, they failed to arrange a simple collection, and when I followed up, I was met with delays, indifference, and total disregard for my time and concern. It’s absolutely disrespectful and frankly unacceptable for a brand of this size. House of Fraser desperately needs to employ staff who actually understand and care about customer service. PS. Still didn't resolve it.
