Still not received a refund for 2 designers T shirts that I bought for my husband last year. Went through the Resolver dispute website to be finally told by House of Fraser that they had no case to answer to and that they would not reply further correspondence through this challenge. I am £200 worse off and have two shrunk t-shirts ! This was a well respect company once now it's a joke .
