I was not pleased that both my partner and I had to be present to set up an appointment for an advisor to come to the property. (The representative was excellent and just fulfilling their role!). This is not the case when my boiler malfunctions or when I need an electrician or someone to take measurements for new curtains! I felt like we might have faced a high-pressure sales situation.
