My credit card was charged for the Help My Dog (walk) training program, but I have not received a link to access the training and have been unable to find any way to contact anybody to find out how to access it. Update: I was finally able to make contact with Support, who figured out why I did not get my Program link, and fixed the problem. The training program itself is quite helpful and I am now looking forward to using it.
