I bought a product online and the website stated delivery in 3 days (5 days max). After the 5th day, I noticed the tracking had stopped updating, so I contacted them as I was concerned about the delay.They replied very quickly, apologised, and explained that the shipping company was having issues due to the Christmas season. They immediately offered to reship the order using a different courier at no extra cost.In the end, I actually received both orders, the original one that was delayed and the reshipped one.Very professional service, fast email responses, and most importantly, honest. I highly recommend them.
