I ordered from Helvetus because I thought they were a proper store for watch tools and accessories. A few days after placing my order, I got a shipping notification and realized the item was coming directly from China. Turns out they just forwarded the order to AliExpress. They didn’t even bother to ship it to themselves first or repackage it. It came in the usual AliExpress packaging with no branding or anything.The product itself was really poor quality. It’s clear now that Helvetus is just reselling cheap AliExpress stuff at a marked-up price without adding any value.This kind of business is really misleading. If I wanted AliExpress quality, I would have ordered there myself and paid way less. I would not recommend ordering from them.
