I had an awful experience with Helzberg. I returned rings following all the instructions they provided, only to later be told that they received a pair of Nike sneakers instead. That alone is completely absurd — why would I send sneakers to a jewelry store, especially ones that don’t even compare in value? What makes this worse is that the return package I sent weighed only 1 lb. A box of sneakers weighs at least 2.5 to 3 lbs, so the weight alone proves that sneakers could not have been in the package. At this point, I truly believe the rings were either lost or stolen — possibly by someone handling the return at Helzberg. This whole situation has left me frustrated and angry. I will never shop at Helzberg again and I’ll be warning others through reviews and word of mouth. Completely unacceptable.
