This is the first review I've written about a company or product, but I'm worried I've been scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed an order with Hempsi, and there hasn't been any update. I have tried to call multiple times to no avail. I have also emailed several times with no response. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I would look around at other companies.*UPDATE 9/15/23*Immediately after I posted the earlier review, I received an email in the middle of the night from Hempsi, saying they would look into the situation in the morning. Sure enough, I got a call in the morning. It turns out there was a strange shipping situation. Hempsi took care of my order immediately and even sent it next day air. Here we are less than two days later and I received my order. The products are great. Very happy with the service and would now highly recommend this company.
