We recently booked a hen through Henit.ie. Granted at the start Sally and the team were responsive and accommodating when we decided to change location. Then everything went pear shaped. We had issues with responsiveness and lack of communication. In the itinerary everything was booked in the wrong day, including having the wrong activity booked. We wanted the location to be a surprise and this was published in the itinerary, luckily we hadn’t sent this on to anyone yet. There was issues with responsiveness, yet a week before the payment deadline I got several emails about making payments yet struggled to get answered to questions. My advice would be to book this yourself. We went through an agency to take the stress away and it did the opposite. Never mind the nightmare of a website where several people had issues paying, we couldn’t load the second page of attendees and the several emails to get things rectified. I had several conversations where I explained that I was unhappy with how things were being handled and we had transferred a lot of our attendees money, yet this felt like it fell on deaf ears.
