I scheduled what I thought was a virtual consultation so that I could ask questions about some of the products that I purchased from their website. When I opened the email and saw that the consultation was supposed to be in person at their salon, I called and asked to speak to the stylist that I was supposed to be having my consultation with (which I was charged $45 dollars for) and the very rude receptionist told me that she could not tie up their phone line for me to speak to the stylist. I then asked her, how in the year 2025 that the stylist did not have access to a cell phone she told me that it was not possible to speak to the stylist on the phone. If Khadja is going to have numerous tutorials on you-tube about Henna and other products that you sell, then they should assume that many people that are coming to your website are not local to their area. In the main bar under SERVICES they offer HAIR SALON COLOR CONSULTATION/ NEW SALON CLIENT CONSULTATION (which I assumed was in person)/AYURVEDIC HAIR TREATMENTS (which I also assumed would be in your salon.) I signed up for HAIR SALON COLOR CONSULTATION because I assumed that it was virtual. The option for scheduling a virtual consultation is buried at the bottom of their website where no one would think to look for it. I received an email later today saying that they would not refund me for the consultation or give me credit for a virtual consultation. I will definitely be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to see if they can help me resolve this issue. Now that I have been looking, I have found several reviews addressing their poor business practices/customer service. I'm sorry I ordered their products and will definitely be returning them.
