Very poor to respond to emails once you have paid, even if it's a significant issue you need clarification on. Jenny (Cork) isn't a real person, it's a bot sending automated emails. I have 9 emails sent to "her" over the course of the booking, none of which are replied to. Emails the week before the stag, day of the stag, at the hotel at check in (after queries with the hotel receptionist), and after the stag. All ignored. Then, they have the cheek to send two feedback email requests. I ignored the first one as I don't write feedback emails, and I just replied asking for my previous emails to be replied to first, that email was also ignored and then, they followed up with another feedback email request, which annoyed me, so here is my feedback. Absolutely frustrating being ignored all the time, they use booking.com as I was told in the hotel so it's probably easier and cheaper to book the accommodation yourself through booking.com. The rather aggressive lady that took our food booking in the Thomond bar hated us simply because we used this company. When I asked what we had done to deserve such a hostile reception, she complained the bookings are always wrong and that the numbers she had for food were not what arrived and she blamed us for it. In this ladies defense, the booking was all wrong due to all my emails about final numbers being ignored. I showed this lady all the ignored emails and she apologized and agreed that it was no one's fault, only this company... Book your stag or hen yourself, go nowhere near this lot, we're back from the stag nearly 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting on "Jenny" (can't be a real person) to get back to me, I've emailed again today.
