Company were good to deal with it and organised an event only for the hen for us. Communication was very good however I would have loved a phone call with the person I was dealing with as I felt there were so many emails back and forward which got a bit confusing at the end and I felt they were quite impersonal. It was great to hand over the responsibility to the company. Just worth noting that I had a change in numbers of people attending a few days before the hen and it couldn’t be changed. I was trying to add numbers but if I was reducing the numbers I imagine I wouldn’t be able to get any of that money back.
