If we’re being honest, very disappointed with this service. All went well in the beginning, easy to book, they are happy to send info on different packages, easy to add or remove guests. Communication went downhill towards the end, had to make a change to final numbers the week before final date and didn’t receive any correspondence until the week after final date. On the weekend itself there was two time changes made which we were informed about but when we showed up for activity there was another time change written on the reserved tables which we weren’t informed about. The lady doing the activity was also late on top of this and in all honesty was the most unprofessional and unorganised person I’ve ever encountered. We had to chase the manager if the bar at the very end for our round of Prosecco which was included as it was never brought out as promised. The nightclub which we had free entry to was closed down and the group was informed upon arrival by a neighbouring bouncer. These issues were all sent in an email to Jenny and we feel that we haven’t received any proper apology or understanding and instead have just been resent the same email twice to leave a review for their page. She told us that we should have double checked our itinerary to see the change of the nightclub but we feel that we should have received an email to note changes in itinerary just like she did when there was time changes so don’t feel this is a good enough excuse. The itinerary was set for weeks and given out to guests and we presumed we would be informed through email of any and all changes. Just very disappointed because if we wanted to make any changes in the last three weeks to the plans it would have incurred a fee of 50 euro per change so don’t understand how it’s acceptable for so many changes to be made for us without any correspondence. We are paying the company to provide a service for us to take away the stress of planning a hen, not add to it!
