My experience with Henry Harvin and Edu watts Education has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
My father and I visited their office and enrolled after being promised a weekend batch and a specific trainer. I paid 70% of the course fee on 19th January. I also took a demo with the trainer and confirmed my availability clearly.
Despite multiple follow-ups, no trainer was confirmed, no batch was allotted, and I have not attended even a single class. Calls and messages were ignored, and there was no clear resolution provided. Almost the entire month passed without any service being delivered.
This resulted in mental stress, wasted time, and complete loss of trust. When I requested a refund due to non-delivery of service, no action was taken.
I advise students and parents to verify all commitments in writing before paying any amount.
