We intended to use this service for a hen do. A breakdown was sent this morning for pricing, and we were waiting for group members to respond for confirmation, so we hadn't finalized it. This evening, a representative was extremely rude to my fellow organizer over the phone, prompting her to cancel and apologize for the delay (I’d argue 8 hours isn't a significant delay given our busy schedules). He then continued to message her on WhatsApp, being aggressive, to the point where she had to block him. I understand that managing a business is challenging, but treating potential customers this way is unacceptable.
