Right from the start I have received exceptional service, all members of staff have been so helpful, accommodating and efficient. When originally booking with Natalie for a May 2020 hen do, she couldn't have been any more helpful and kind (we all know how stressful planning Hen dos can be with different opinions and expectations from friends/family, and poeple we don't know sometimes) but Natalie made it easy; nothing was a problem and no question was silly. The online payment service is the best and so helpful with tracking everyone is paying on time.Due to the pandemic we asked to move the event by a year to May 2021 (throughout this as well people have dropped off and then rejoined due to changes) but this was never a problem and the changes were so efficient, at no extra cost and Lucy was so understanding and accommodating. However now it's been decided the wedding is being moved to 2022, so again we've asked to move the hen do, and Poppy has helped by sorting the changes and will be in touch if there are any problems (fingers crossed there aren't and the event locations can accommodate the new dates). This pandemic has caused so much uncertainty to people and companies and I cannot thank everyone with how kind and accommodating they have been with the changes. It can't be easy not being able to fulfill events due to a pandemic. I would highly recommend using this company with what I have experienced so far, were all hoping the event itself is going to be amazing and so much fun which going from precovid Reviews it should be!!
