Due to go on my hen weekend May 2020 and obviously it didn’t happen due to Covid 19. We emailed 3 times asking if our event was cancelled with no response and then told we could postpone the event, something we didn’t want to do as it would be dearer at a different time in the year. Backed into a corner and forced to cancel as it will not happen and now they refuse to give me a full refund. They said they are keeping the deposit because I cancelled on them but what other choice do I have. The event could not go ahead as everywhere was closed so would loose my money anyway. Sick company, making money in the time of a global pandemic. Will take goodness knows how long to get my part refund as they said they can’t process it until they are back in the office. This is failure to fulfil the contract at their end and I will be taking this further to recover our deposits. Plus, the staff are really unhelpful and have terrible customer service skills. All you get back is attitude.Nearly a year on now and still no money. Don’t reply to emails or take calls. I approached the company director who does not email back either. Thieves.
