OL Hen Weekends should be avoided.My fiancée was due to have her hen weekend in May 2020 which can no longer can ahead due to the worldwide pandemic Covid19.As it can no longer go ahead OL Hen Weekends claim it was the party who cancelled and not the company. This despite having an automated message on their phones saying all events are cancelled until further notice. Or “postponed” as they will claim. On numerous emails they were asked if they were cancelling the event and each occasion the party was ignored.The customer service from the staff “responding” to emails is atrocious. The language and tone was extremely unprofessional. All action will of course be taken further.Company should be avoided at all costs.
