We are non residents and have come over from Enel to Hera by a merger. All invoices are paid automatically by bank. Somehow for a few days the amount on the bank account was too low to automatically pay the invoice. More than 30 hours ago we have paid the invoice separately. Still no more power than 1, 5 kw. We have always been a trustworthy client, it is winter time: no hot water, no cooking and no shower. It is 2026, are you kidding me!Make you organisation work around the client experience, this is a shame.One can do better, or should do better.
