Avoid this awful company at all costsThey rip you off with rip off prices for a handful of items eg Herbalife Ultimate Weight loss packageThe kit doesn't even include a miserly measuring scoop! Unbelievable but trueMy wife ordered the Herbalife Ultimate Weight Loss package £170 only to find there was no measuring scoop included. I ordered one (£8 including postage) paying with my credit card. A day later I received an email from Herbalife informing me they had cancelled my order and that the product (a plastic measuring spoon) could only be ordered with an order containing a Herbalife Nutrition Product. I explained that my wife had already purchased the Ultimate Weight Loss package - minus a measuring spoon - hence the reason for me ordering one ! They didn't want to know. Customer service is a total shambles - as is having a Slimming product where measurement of scoops is vital - and yet Herbalife do not even supply a measuring spoon with their costly package. How miserly can you get ? And then if you try to order the wretched plastic measuring spoon separately - they cancel your order. Total and utter disgrace. This company do not deserve customers - given the contempt they display towards them.My advice - AVOID - take your business elsewhere
