Herbalife Dominican Republic - HORRIBLE customer service. I'm a client of Herbalife in the USA for over 5 years, love the products and the service from the representatives in the USA. While vacationing in the Dominican Republic, I ran out of my products, I was advised the availability of getting the products in the Dominican Republic, worse experience ever. Shame to know such department is lacking of customer service, so against the policy of Herbalife. Upon ordering, I was sent the incorrect products(ordered Aloe Mandarine, shipped Aloe original), when I contacted them to advise of the error, I was told someone would return the call to me. Hours went by, no call. Days went by no calls. When I called back again on day 2, I was advised that their policy is a no return policy, regardless if it was their fault. NEVER AGAIN ORDERING from Herbalife Dominican Republic. Herbalife corporate should look into this division as it gives them a negative representation.
