Didn't even know about this company until my credit card was charged over $900. After calling my bank and cancelling my card I called HL to try and help them stop a fraudulent order. Boy oh boy was I shell shocked! Their customer service was horrible! I was passed on to other groups several times. Hung up on several times when put on "hold." And the higher up "support personnel" would send me over to another group that only had a voicemail without a recording. Super weird. Super sketchy. Wanted to add this story so people can see that this company might just be a shadow business for something nefarious. Sure looks like it from other reviews. No company can serve their customers like this. They weren't even able to pull up an order from my full credit card number, day of charge, and amount charged to my bank!
