I'm not really one for weightloss shakes but then I decided to give it a go, im so happy I did. Its the boost I need to shift the initial weight and I will continue to use it for breakfast if I need a quick one or for lunchtime if I'm working in the office. I feel more energised and my mood has definitely improved which at this time would be a struggle for anyone
