My daughter had been taking these shakes for 1 year and is now undergoing investigations for stomach issues which I am convinced are connected to this stuff… it’s so processed not a decent ingredient in it how can you sustain this type of seriously reduced calorie intake the answer is you cannot bad for your health not to mention the cost. I would not recommend you get sucked into this!!!
