Herbalife Nutrition only cares about gold member, they treat preferred member very bad, they are not helpful, I have been chasing them from 23.9.24 for the refund, they don't bother to reply to the incident request nor to the email, call center team member are horrible. never do weird transfer. In short the don't care.
