I posted a review. This is a follow up. Earlier on because i couldn't get my head around the negative comments. I can only imagine, through not actually trying the products themselves. I am now 11 weeks in .i reviewed after just 2. The weight continues to drop off . I got on the scales this morning and i have just hit 2 stone off . over 12kg i am now down to 20 stone 1lb from 22stone 1lb. I am losing over 2lb a week by just following the program. (I now know what to eat and when. ) my wife has lost over a stone now and is pretty much where she wants to be. The lady from the hairdressers has lost 13.5 kg . Ok .downsides. The whole business has the stench of corporate America .As Brits. It does not fit into our national psyche. The business model ( it is a business after all) relies on customers (that is you, if you join) recommending it to friends and family. I have to say it is hard not to. !!! Lol . To be honest people WILL ask you, how you are losing all the weight. Herbalife set up a pathway to reward you for doing this. Is it a pyramid scheme? I would say, yes . Does it matter to me . Not a dot. Have i benefited financially from this in any way. Yes i now get 35% discount on the products . You need it, they are not particularly cheap.I have not been paid by herbalife. I have had only 2 people join our club . I have also sent 3 people to another club in the city (kingswood). I didnt get any benefit for that ( maybe i should have) . I was more bothered they could get the help they need in an area that suits them. The point is the only way this business survives is by the success from its customers. It survives by word of mouth only . Our club in willerby is now packed to the rafters. I am not surprised in the least. To say i have cheated on the program with poor choices in the 11 weeks would be an understatement . I was thinking back to the 3 holidays or short breaks i have been on in that time not to mention meals out with friends. I have had a pizza , 2 burgers and chips. 8 pints of beer or cider .2 cornish pasties . A Chip shop fish. fried chicken a few glasses of wine. Have i been a monk no . Have i got straight back on program. yes. I would say join up. It will change your life. Will i get rewarded for this review NO. Nor will i benefit in any way. I just want people who need to lose weight to know there IS a way to lose weight without being hungry . P.S. i am embarrassed to say but i am probably exercising less than i did at the beginning. I looked at my steps for the day over the last few weeks and it is between 3 to 7000 a day . Apart from one insane day my wife and extended family all walked in boiling heat for 6 miles over sand to spurn lighthouse and back from the visitor car park . Not fun!.
