As it’s all simple science and if I put myself in calorie deficit my body burns fat the only time it won’t if I eat more calories. These products literally changed my life, I had awful IBS and suffered with acid reflux, used to take medications but now completely came off them and don’t experience any symptoms. My GP does blood tests for me every 3 months and my vitamin levels and liver function improved (as I was obese I was at high risk of fatty liver disease)
