I made what I thought was a one-time purchase a few weeks ago I still have not received my product and today I checked my account and they took another $60 out of my account that I did not authorize. Not a great way to do business there's no customer service phone number so you can't get a hold of anybody so now I just have to wait and pray that they put the money back in my account. I'm really unsatisfied and annoyed at the situation.
