Extremely frustrating experience with Herff Jones while trying to resolve issues with my Boston University graduation regalia order. Customer service was unhelpful and communication was very poor. I worked with a representative named Thandi, and instead of addressing my concerns, she repeatedly re-explained numbers that still didn’t add up and never clarified the discrepancies.I was also told that certain items were suddenly “packaged” together, which prevented them from being refunded individually—something that was never made transparent when I placed the order. Because of this, I was unable to receive a full refund for items I should have been able to return.Overall, the process lacked transparency and was incredibly frustrating. For such an expensive graduation purchase, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing.
