I ordered my graduation ring on 4/1. they said it would be a 4-6 week waiting period for it to arrive. All good. once they email me saying they shipped it with fedex, fedex says the ring will be delivered on 5/15. I'm excited because it will be delivered on time for my graduation on the 20th. Out of nowhere, on the 15th they take off the delivery date from the tracking site. I still say okay whatever maybe they're just behind. On May 23rd, i decide to call fedex and ask because it's been 10 days. They tell me they lost the ring and I need to contact herff jones. It's Memorial Day weekend so i have to wait until today (5/27). Today, magically the ring gets delivered WITH THE PACKAGE BOX RIPPED OPEN. I'm surprised the ring box actually stayed inside. So I call herff jones to ask if there was anything else supposed to be inside, ive never ordered from them before so just wanna make sure nothing else fell out. when i call them, they ask me what they want me to do if i eventually ended up getting the ring. Just horrible customer service after i spent $1000+ on a ring. Do better. I'm not accusing anyone but the ring taking an extra 2 weeks to get here, and the box being ripped open... somebody probably tried to steal it but since I called maybe the looked into it. Never again
