HERFF JONES IS HORRIBLE. THE TRUE RATING IS ZERO! I returned new and unused regalia, a black graduation gown, a Master's level red hood and a black cap with tassel, in the original packages on April 19, 2022. Herff Jones officials stated I would receive a total refund of my monies spent. It has been approximately seven weeks and I have not received my refund. I purchased the items on March 25th. A Herff Jones official sent me a return form on April 18th. Herff Jones received the regalia via Federal Express on April 21st. I contacted the company several times. The company operates with unethical and illegal business practices.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE OF INDIANA SHOULD CLOSE THIS COMPANY PERMANENTLY. NO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION SHOULD USE HERFF JONES FOR THEIR STUDENTS. HERFF JONES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN ANY STATE OR COUNTRY. MANY COMPLAINTS ARE ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU'S, GOOGLE AND YELP SITES ALSO.
