Absolutely disappointed with Heriot’s Cake. I placed an order for my birthday, expecting it to arrive on time, but it never showed up. No tracking, no way to contact them—just complete silence. I sent a formal complaint, and they never even bothered to reply. The next day, I found the cake left outside my door—long after my celebration was ruined. I no longer needed it, yet they failed to address the issue or offer a refund. Terrible service, zero accountability. Would not recommend!
