Horrible! Do not use this company. Also they send you the cake frozen which I have never experienced before with other cake companies.I ordered a cake and they got the name wrong and I could not use the cake as it was for a birthday party that evening They offered to refund me only for the plaque after I asked for some sort of refund, and that was for GBP 2.50! What a jokeIn the first instance they offered a 10 pd gift card which really isn't of any use to me after what happened given.Never using them again and will be telling my friends the same.
