I ordered a pink hip flask in November and soon received an email stating that the pink was out of stock, offering some alternatives. I specifically requested pink and green for a birthday gift on December 6th. Initially, communication was prompt and helpful. However, after receiving the hip flask only in green and emailing to arrange a return, I received no further communication. I followed up again on December 10th and got a reply to return the flask for a replacement due to a material cutoff issue. Since this was a birthday gift, I had to find another present, so I requested a return label as the error was not mine. Still, there has been no response... It appears that customer service is attentive when orders go smoothly, but issues are neglected. I will not be using this service again, and I still need a return label and a full refund.
