The staff demonstrated excellent expertise and maintained high hygiene standards throughout the surgery. I especially appreciated how patient and supportive the team was during the long procedure, making sure I was comfortable at every stage. The aftercare instructions were also very clear, which helped make the recovery process stress-free.One area where there is room for improvement is the hotel(Selectum City) that was arranged by the clinic it was somewhat below expectations compared to the quality of the clinic itself. While it was convenient in terms of location, the service and overall experience at the hotel did not quite meet the standard I anticipated and the staff was not cooperative at all.That said, the most important part—the medical procedure and the professionalism of the Hermest Clinic team—was excellent. I felt well cared for and confident in the expertise of the staff. Overall, I would recommend Hermest Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant, especially for the quality of the medical service and the smooth procedure.
