I had an excellent experience with my hair transplant surgery at Hermest Hair Clinic. From airport pickup to hotel accommodation and transfers to and from the clinic and airport, the communication was seamless and well organized. The transportation team did a great job. The hotel was very clean and conveniently located, with easy access to food options and a supermarket. This made it easy to prepare before surgery and rest comfortably afterward.My coordinator and advisor, Ms. Buket, was extremely thorough during the pre-evaluation process and patiently answered all my questions over the last 2 moths. This made me feel confident and comfortable even before arriving. She helped with planning and scheduling the surgery date. She continued to address my concerns right up until the night before surgery.On the day of the surgery, my translator, Mr. Alp, was present most of the time during the 4–5 hour procedure and guided me through the entire process. He clearly explained each key step, including the local anesthesia, donor area extraction, and graft transplantation. He did an outstanding job. After the surgery, he explained the cleaning process, bandage removal, and medications.The following day, the bandage was removed, and washing (slightly painful) and laser light therapy were provided. I was also given the option to purchase an aftercare package that included shampoo, serum, and multivitamins, which I believe is very important and highly recommended.I am currently on day 15 post-surgery, healing well, and receiving regular feedback from Mr.Alp and the aftercare team.I’m looking forward to seeing my progress over the next 8–10 months.
