To clarify before I start, I rarely write reviews and the reason why I am doing this is because I have been asked to , which I don’t mind because the service was top class.I’m a normal person from the uk , I did loads of research before choosing Hermest , their website was far more professional . They are more expensive than other companies , but I learnt quickly that you get what you pay for .I chose the premium unique fue package , it was a bit odd arranging everything by WhatsApp messages but got used to it in the end . (Just switch off disappearing messages as it causes all sorts of confusion ).From arriving at Istanbul airport very nervous and questioning my decision , I couldn’t have been more happy . The transfer to the hotel was smooth , the hotel itself was of a high quality and the room was fantastic .All pick ups to and from the hotel to the centre was again smooth and always on time .The staff at hermest were amazing , so friendly , explained all processes and put me at ease . The surgery couldn’t have been any better , do expect uncomfortable pain during the pain relief injections being administered , once subsided you can’t feel a thing .Once completed it’s straight back to the hotel , back the next day for hair wash and off to the airport , armed with a number of care products and medication .It is only 14 days since my surgery and the early results are so pleasing and I am really looking forward to the end result . I will be going back next year to complete the front of my hairline .I couldn’t recommend Hermest enough, the proof is in the quality of the service, something which they truly excel at.
