The before and after care reps @Buket and @ Alp Arslan were very professional in advising and guiding on all aspects of the surgery and care. Both were always willing, available and went out of their way to make me comfortable, providing timely advise, support and clarifying all medical and non medical related concerns.As for the surgery itself, it went very well, Dr Murat, Dr Sevim, and her team Celal and Doğukan , who designed the hairline, and the team who extracted and transplanted, all were amazing and did everything in their capacity to make me comfortable, clarified all my concerns even during the procedure !! Translator was present all the time and ensured that I understood every step of the process.Overall, a five star experience and I highly recommend Hermest.
