First of all, the communication was great at any stage. Very fast responding and always available. The whole organization before the travel and during the stay was really good. I never had the feeling to be lost or forgot somewhere. They had all kinds of different translators so the language barrier was no problem.The only thing I would have liked to be different was the timing of the transplantation. I would have preferred it to start early in the morning and not in the afternoon since the procedure takes several hours. The rest was all very professional and well organized. And the meal right after the transplantation was appreciated;)
