Excellent experience. We had been trying to buy a house for 2 years we viewed a house and placed an offer, we were unsuccessful but H&C gave us first viewing on another property a few days later, we loved it and put in an offer which was matched, I had offered higher, a little too much though. H&C spoke to the sellers and came back with a selling price higher than previous, but lower than my higher offer - saving us a little on the mortgage, score. From this point onward, we had a relatively pain-free process, just a hiccup where a structural survey was required but it all went through fine and we're very happy with our first house.Shout out to Gina for being an excellent point of contact, helping us progress quicker.
