I can not thank Hern and Crabtree enough as to the way they are dealing with my house move. Gavin Sheppard came yesterday to give the valuation, he made us feel so relaxed and did not put any pressure on us at all to go with his estate agents . as I have experienced with other estate agents who can be very pushy . Gavin was curious and friendly and gave a true estimate of our home. He sent his colleague Mike Bailliy to take photos and measure the rooms Mike is also a very caring,friendly man, nothing to much trouble for him he is very patient, he took so many lovely photo's of our home, I am delighted with them. I would strongly recommend Hern and Crabtree I feel valued as a customer in their hands
