From the initial valuation, Anthony - Manager @ the Heath office - filled us with confidence regarding the process and what level of service we could expect, and throughout, Anthony and his colleagues in the Heath office, did not disappoint. The valuation was accurate and his promise of viewings was spot on (20 in the first weekend!!), which meant that we were able to achieve over asking price by leveraging the initial interest in our house.Special mention also to Jan, sales progression, who frankly puts many other estate agents and solicitors to shame. In this age of technology there is no reason why accurate updates can’t be provided in a timely way, and those who tried to do as little as possible and let things ‘trundle’ along, were given short shrift by Jan...who kept in regular contact with all parties in the chain to ensure we exchanged and completed in good time.Having moved a number of times this is one of the few that I have genuinely felt that the estate agency has earned their commission, and this review!!
