The car experience overall was very stressful and I was chasing people for updates etc. Communication between staff was nonexistent, I would leave a message for someone and they would never get it. When my car arrived there were mixed messages why it took over 3 weeks to get my car. I am very pleased with my car but im still waiting for my fuel reimbursement which I was promised due all the stress. I was communicating with Ryan and Todd. I know the distance was large but it was known when I first started this purchase. I'm not sure how honest they were with the issues I had.
