Very pooor customer services and over 24 hours to respond to an issue and then blame it on the courier who they choose to use when primarily it is them as a company that employ them by giving the business top them and classing them as not a budget company. Maybe they should have employed a budget company to deliver as they probably would have delivered it on the correct day and before the published time instead of being nearly 40 hours late.This is not a very good way of dealing with customer expectations.
