Sorry it on me of those reviews that if I could give Zero stars I would. I recently brought an advent calendar for my daughter and on some on the days the chocolates had been missing, so I got so annoyed after another day of not getting any chocolate (for a 4 year old that’s very disappointing) I opened the box to find their where more missing, I’m glad I check as it’s her birthday during advent calendar time and that day was missing too, so that would have been a great start to her day. Anyway I have tried to call and it’s impossible to get through, i then wrote a complaint email and have heard nothing back at all. Also I went to the shop I brought it from Aldi, who advised me to contact Hersheys, so they were as useful as a chocolate tea pot. I am a very unhappy customer, especially paying the price I paid, there were much cheaper calendars but I THOUGHT Hershey’s were going to be the better brand, oh how disappointed my daughter was/still is, made me so sad seeing her unhappy face when she got no chocolate, she asked me if she was on Santa’s naughty list 😢 and she is such a good girl she did not deserve this disappointment!!
